TCUW is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity leadership in our organization and our community.

1.Our board, staff and volunteer recruitment practices will seek to engage with as many different voices as possible within our community, including but not limited to those of diverse: race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, age, geographical location in Tillamook County, agency size, income level, and physical or mental ability.

2.Our board will promote diversity, inclusion, and equity training for itself, our member agencies, and our community.

3.Our board will take additional steps to ensure and promote diversity, inclusion, and equity as we identify opportunities, as well as when opportunities are brought to our attention.
 
Member agencies shall agree to maintain policies consistent with the above non-discrimination, diversity, inclusion and equity statements and to comply with all federal, state or local laws that apply to their organization.
